We are here to help. In response to COVID-19 the Campus Store will be offering remote troubleshooting to assist customers with technical issues. Please follow the link below to book your consultation. If during a remote session it is determined that the issue is due to a failure of physical hardware we will arrange for a secure and safe drop off of the device to be repaired.

Please add the Consultation Fee below to the cart after booking appointment. Invitation to Video Conference for the Remote Consult will be provided via email once payment is received and processed. We will only be creating appointments for Authenticated UCSB users.
Pay Consultation Fee
The UCSB Campus Store Computer Department is an Apple Authorized Service Provider which can provide both in and out-of-warranty repairs for Apple product in-store. Additionally, we can perform back-ups, data transfers, virus removal and hardware upgrades on both PC and Apple computers.
