Academic departments need to be set up with a user ID and a password before using this program. Please contact Jim Triplett of the Course Materials department for more information.Download the Faculty Guide to Adoptions (PDF). You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print this file. Please be sure to read all of the instructions at the top of each page as you are submitting adoptions.
