General
UC Santa Barbara Campus Store ships all online orders via FedEx. Orders are processed in the order received, with priority given to second-day air shipping.
Order cutoff: Orders placed by 12 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time, Monday–Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Weekend handling: FedEx does not count weekends as delivery days. For example, orders placed Friday with expedited shipping typically arrive Monday or Tuesday, depending on destination.
The UC Santa Barbara Campus Store Shipping and Receiving Department is closed on weekends and UC holidays.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
When shipping to P.O. boxes, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery. Only ground shipping is available for P.O. box addresses.
Note: Computers, electronics, and select merchandise cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. These items must ship to a physical address and may require a signature upon delivery. FedEx does not deliver directly to dorms—use a valid street address or select Store Pickup.

UC Santa Barbara Campus Store offers free in-store pickup for all online orders placed through campusstore.ucsb.edu . Once your order is filled, you’ll receive an email when it’s ready for pickup—generally within one hour after fulfillment (allow extra time during peak periods).

Ground Shipping
Standard FedEx Home delivery typically arrives within 8–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier volume.

Expedited Shipping
For expedited options (including FedEx Second Day), please contact us before ordering at [email protected] or (805) 893-3271 . A sales associate will help determine the best method for your delivery needs.
FedEx Second Day
“FedEx Second Day” means your order arrives two business days after shipment—not necessarily two days from the order date.
International Shipping
For international orders, select the region closest to your destination. If the shipping method chosen is incorrect, we will adjust it before shipment and charge the correct amount. The Campus Store is not responsible for duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees on international shipments.

*Special items (e.g., computers, diploma frames, monitors) may incur additional handling fees shown at checkout. Computer Department items (such as laptops, software, and accessories) cannot be shipped internationally.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except when merchandise is defective or incorrect.
