How to Review Course Materials in Collect

Quick step-by-step guide for Department Reviewers

1. Select the Correct Term

  • Go to the term dropdown at the top of the page.
  • Make sure the correct term is selected before reviewing courses.
  • If needed, open the dropdown and choose the correct quarter.

2. Review the Course List

  • Review the list of courses assigned to your department.
  • Check that the course information matches what your department expects.

3. Use Course Actions

  • Select Course Actions to view available options.
  • Use the menu to review, update, or confirm course material details.

4. Complete Your Review

  • Finish reviewing your department’s courses.
  • Save or submit any updates before leaving the page.

5. No Materials Needed? Click “No Text Required”

  • If your course does not require any materials, select No Text Required.
  • This ensures students are not expecting course materials for your class.
