Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The history of the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) dates back to 1891 when a school was founded to train teachers in Santa Barbara. In 1909, the school became the Santa Barbara State Normal School, offering four-year degrees in education.
