Exchanges and Returns

Textbook Refund Policy:

TEXTBOOK REFUNDS GIVEN THE FIRST FIVE DAYS OF EACH TERM. Sales on textbooks are final and non-refundable if purchased after the first five days of the term. Shrink-wrapped items must not be opened

Please return by US postal mail. Shrink-wrapped items must not be opened. Make sure you include your customer order number, and your first and last name that way we will know who you are. Please ship early before the 5th day of the quarter, as it can take up to 10 business days for books to arrive at the Campus Store.

Merchandise Return Policy (not textbook or computers):

The UCSB Campus Store will exchange/return any merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or used, and is in its original packaging with all tags attached. Gift cards,e-Gift cards, clearance, and discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned. You may have a full refund as long as the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please include the original packing slip so that the credit card used on the original order can be used for any refunds or exchange price differences. If the merchandise was a gift, please include your credit card info. If you have a problem with an order or your missing an item(s) or package all claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. We can research and investigate the issue, to see how we can make things right. If a FedEx claim needs to be made on lost or stolen packages. We can file a claim within 30 days.
